LOGGING & MONITORING

 

Below is the a real-time monitor of the Helix DNA server serving your broadcast. After you login you will see 4 Tabs at the bottom.

Key - Defines what the lines on the graph mean.
Performance - Displays exactly how many players are connected and how much bandwidth is consumed in total, and how much load the server is under.
Connections - Lists all connections to your broadcast with IP addressed included.
Files - shows the files being currently server by the server.

You may click on the currently selected (blue)tab and it will minimize the lower section of the monitor and expand the graph. Clicking on any tab will bring the lower section back to its "normal" state.

The graph is configured to display 120 minutes of activity. If you wish to change the length of time displayed on the graph, select the configure option from the "Options" drop down box in the upper left section of the monitor.


To enter the broadcast monitor you must select the "Logon" section, of the Options box. Enter your password and click the login button.
** There is a minor software issue with the monitoring tool that causes logins to fail on the first try, if you do not log in on the first try, please click the login button again.

Server Monitor
